Is pricing per user or per firm?+
Each plan is one flat price for your firm and includes a set number of staff seats (1 on Essential, 5 on Professional, 10 on Firm). Need more people than your plan includes? Add additional staff for $5/user/month, any time, from Firm Management — Subscription & Billing.
What happens if I go over my plan's features after the trial?+
Nothing breaks. Higher-tier features stay visible with a lock icon instead of disappearing, so your team always knows what's available — upgrading unlocks them immediately, with no data migration or re-setup.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from Firm Management. Plan changes take effect immediately, with a prorated charge or credit for the rest of your current billing period.
