How the connection works
TPP connects through this vendor's API using credentials your firm provides and controls.
Production eFax requires a connected telephony/fax-gateway provider and E.164 number provisioning — not yet configured for TPP. TPP's Communications → Fax tab logs every send with a real record of what was sent and to whom; the actual telephony transmission is disclosed as simulated until a real provider is connected.
